Contractions 5 Minutes Apart But Not Painful

It's my first pregnancy so no previous experience, i am 39+3 and have been having very regular contractions every 5 minutes like a clock for at least 4 hours now, but they are not as bad as i always imagined, meaning not as painful, about bearable. It usually has the following symptoms:
